Team Leader of The GWC Group at Cobblestone Realty
4056 W Armitage Ave Chicago, IL 60639Email Me
I have been involved in Real Estate for over 2 decades. I started in the Construction Industry as a Laborer while I was in high school. I took an interest in Carpentry and worked my way up to the lead carpenter in a friend of mines remodeling company. When I got back from college I realized that it was right for me to continue my career in building homes. I started my first General Contracting Company at the age of 22. I was remodeling homes for the next 4 years until the Great Recession hit and the Housing Market Crashed.
In 2008 when my construction business was going through a hard time working for homeowners I met a few Real Estate Investors that put me to work building and Renovating homes for them.
In 2012 I started buying and investing in properties for myself. This is when I realized that the average Real Estate Agent did not understand the Investment industry or what Investors were looking for. In 2015 I decided to get my Real Estate Agent license to help give my Investor Construction Clients the knowledge that they needed to purchase and sell their properties. After a couple of years, I decided to get my Managing Brokers Licence and Open up Cobblestone Realty and The GWC Group to help not only investors but retail home buyers and sellers with the largest purchase of their life.
Over the last 3 years, my group has done millions of dollars in sales and thanks to a network of family, friends, and referrals, we are continuing to grow! Please contact me directly for any of your Real Estate needs.
