Ricardo was born and raised in El Salvador, Central America, and moved to Chicago along with his family in Septemeber, 2005. He has been in the real estate since 2012 buying single-family fix and flip projects and multi-family rentals throughout the Chicagoland area. Involved mainly in managing construction projects, Ricardo has overseen multiple projects from conception to completion, ranging from cosmetic jobs to full gut-rehabs with second-floor additions.
